Kardashians reportedly sued over diet pills

HollywoodNews.com: The Kardashians are now facing a little legal problem as they are reportedly being sued over their endorsement of the diet pills QuickTrim. It is reported that a group of people in New York are suing for $5 million because they do not believe that the girls lost weight thanks to the pills, states TMZ. The people reportedly think that they couldn’t have lost the weight because of QuickTrim as the main ingredient is caffeine. The lawsuit claims that “The FDA has determined [caffeine] is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control.” The Kardashians, QuickTrim and other companies are named in the lawsuit as the people claim they wouldn’t have purchased the product if they had known these details.
